A Little About the Visual Arts Cohort
Our graduating Visual Arts cohort emerges from QUT’s open-studio environment equipped with a versatile practice spanning drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation, photography, video, performance, and digital art. Over three years, we’ve honed critical thinking, cultural fluency, and conceptual rigour. Our final works reflect these layered dialogues: they are bold, conceptually rich, technically assured, and open to experimentation. As you explore the exhibition, expect surprising material combinations, hybrid media, provocative ideas, and a confident voice stepping into the wider visual arts world.

Resonate with us!
The QUT School of Creative Arts acknowledges the Turrbal and Yugara as the First Nations owners of the lands where QUT now stands. We pay respect to their Elders, lores, customs and creation spirits. We recognise that these lands have always been places of teaching, research, and learning. QUT acknowledges the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the QUT community.
