Production
The Technical Production degree’s final Showcase Event, Standing By 2026, is filled with the creativity and stories of not just our cohort, but of the once who preceded us. It is an exhibition of passion and effort demonstrating our skills, interests and hopes for the future; all twenty of us have each designed an exhibit representing such ideals.
Throughout the space, each project is presented alongside a didactic. There is no intended order of experience, allowing visitors to freely explore the event. Each didactic describes the process and allows for insights into both the work and person behind it. Many of these exhibits are interactive and will invite you to engage with the project through instructions unique to each piece.
Standing By 2026 is a collation and demonstration of growth, effort and technical creativity: a moment to sit alongside our cohort as we reflect on our experiences and futures within the creative technical industry, believing in the power of artistry to continue pushing live performance forward in all its forms.
