Fortitude

About the Film
Fortitude is about powerlifters breaking the ideas of what strength truly is. We follow two young female athletes, Shristi Singh and Maja Andrysiak, who have shown resilience and power in and outside their sport, with their coach Jonny guiding them every step of the way. Shristi is 17 and hitting personal bests in her last year of school and in the gym. Maja is 19 years old, and when she is not at university, you bet you will find her at Fortitude Barbell. This film dives into the CAPO powerlifting state championship, where we discover the importance and power behind the Fortitude community.
